Job room Monday (14) talks about the dream of Brazilian students to work and live abroad. They want to build a career and develop skills. Meet four young men who have already made exchanges and how that experience counts when it comes to getting a job.

Alexia Pinheiro Cabral, Esther Fuentes and Julie Damame make college of international relations. Thais Buchipiguel administration progresses. Rodrigo Cintra is director of internationalization of ESPM, college they study.

"On here, we have 50% of students who become involved in exchange or short or long term, at least one week off they end up spending. It's more than a job search, It is a search career. The way we have to think the world can not really have a single national experience. From a certain level within companies, you need to effectively live with other cultures and other types of demand ", tells Rodrigo.

More Brazilians are willing to leave Brazil to hold a job opportunity abroad. According to CareerBuilder survey, the percentage of professionals who accept a job abroad went from 75,9% in 2014 for 79,2% in this year.

According to students, no point doing that high school school exchange, it is the faculty that counts. See their testimony.
