Summary
The course examines the interfaces between the deciles & atilde making processes; in the pol & iacute; commercial foreign and government and private actors, and their conditions within these processes. The student must & aacute; develop anal capabilities & iacute; optics that allow evaluating a pol & iacute; tica external trade (resulting) in fun & ccedil; & atilde; the interaction & ccedil; & atilde, the between different actors mobilized (agents) and mechanisms available & iacute; MOBILE and used to influence the outcome (process).

Methodology
